1. B2B Operations
2. Manage stock packing and dispatch for Ashpveda stores, MOJ, WTP, Ajmer, and all B2B partners.
3. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of all B2B shipments.
4. Handle daily communication via email for samples, dispatch requests, and order confirmations.
5. Prepare challans and coordinate with Accounts for invoice processing.
6. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production for demand forecasting.
7. Oversee warehouse activities including storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
8. Manage end-to-end order processing from receipt to dispatch.
9. Provide accurate packing quantity details to the packing team.
10. Monitor factory operations (maintenance, systems, electrical issues) and coordinate resolutions.
11. Manage expo-related product dispatch as per timelines.
12. Handle return stock verification and reporting.
13. Plan and schedule dispatch for new B2B orders.
14. Coordinate with store team for packaging material and stock availability.
15. B2C / Marketplace Operations
16. Handle order processing, packing, and dispatch for all marketplaces: Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, FirstCry, Tata 1mg, Smytten.
17. Manage Amazon Easy Ship, Seller Flex, FBA shipments, and international shipments (UAE & KSA).
18. Create consignments, labels, and barcodes for Flipkart FBF.
19. Maintain and update inventory across all portals.
20. Monitor return parcels and raise issue cases for damaged or incorrect items.
21. Manage Ashpveda & Akayu Shopify website orders, listings, inventory, and customer queries.
22. Handle COD reconciliation and payment link generation.
23. Coordinate with third-party platforms (WCommerce, Sushain Clinic) for order and inventory management.
24. Monitor Shiprocket panel for order processing.
25. Handle Razorpay payment verification, reconciliation, and refund processing.
26. Share invoices and return stock reports with Accounts for verification.
