About the Role
House of EdTech is looking for a Customer Support Executive to assist learners and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to resolve queries effectively across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle learner queries through calls, emails, and chat.
- Guide learners on course access, platform navigation, and related concerns.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate communication and follow-up with learners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Telecalling, or similar roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Basic knowledge of digital tools and online platforms.
- Personal laptop is mandatory.

- Work Days: 6 Days/Week (Sunday WFH + 1 Rotational Week Off)
