Job Title: Personal Assistant to the Director
We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director across both business and personal matters. This role requires someone who is highly organised, proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management.
- Arrange and coordinate travel, including flights, accommodation, transport, and detailed itineraries.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, restaurants, and events.
- Conduct thorough online research on a wide range of topics and present clear recommendations.
- Source and purchase products online, comparing prices, quality, and reviews to ensure the best value.
- Research and compare services such as health insurance, utilities, subscriptions, and other personal or business requirements, making informed recommendations.
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, invoice processing, and financial administration.
- Maintain accurate financial records and support the Director with day-to-day accounting tasks.
- Manage personal and business errands, orders, and deliveries.
- Organise digital and physical files, records, and important documents.
- Screen emails and correspondence, drafting responses where appropriate.
- Liaise confidently with clients, suppliers, and service providers.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow up to ensure actions are completed on time.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Provide ad hoc administrative and personal support as required.
Skills & Experience:
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Strong accounting knowledge, with experience in bookkeeping, expense management, invoice processing, and financial administration.
- Excellent online research skills with the ability to compare options and make well-informed recommendations.
- Experience managing complex diaries, travel, bookings, and personal administration.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise effectively, and remain calm under pressure.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
