Position: Sales Manager

Summary:-
Excellent Traders India is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts, expand our customer base, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in B2B sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through distributors, dealers, wholesalers, and corporate clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries, negotiations, and complaint resolution.
- Travel for client meetings and business development activities when required.
Requirements:-
- 3–7 years of experience in sales, preferably in manufacturing, kitchenware, cookware, pressure cookers, or FMCG.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM software.
