Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team in Edappal. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the travel and tourism industry and be able to assist clients in planning and booking holiday packages.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in planning domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Handle enquiries through calls, emails, and walk-in customers.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations, and package details.
- Coordinate flight, hotel, visa, and transport bookings.
- Follow up with clients and ensure excellent customer service.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
- Stay updated on travel destinations, offers, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Holiday Consultant or in the travel industry.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of holiday packages, travel bookings, and itinerary planning.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with travel booking systems are preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
