✔Excellent computer knowledge is MUST (MS Excel, Email, ERP Systems, Purchase Records & Operations Handling)
✔Preferred Army backgrounds: Signals, ASC, EME, Administrative & Clerical
✔ Leadership, ownership mindset, operational discipline, and coordination skills required
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive / Purchase Officer for our export operations. The candidate will handle procurement activities, vendor management, production follow-ups, inspections, MRN preparation, debit note handling, and timely sourcing of materials for export orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
- Coordinate with vendors, factories, and production teams
- Follow up on production schedules and dispatch timelines
- Visit vendors and factories for inspections and coordination
- Conduct material inspections and quality checks
- Prepare MRN (Material Receipt Notes) and debit notes
- Negotiate pricing and maintain purchase records
- Ensure timely availability of materials for export orders
- Monitor vendor quality, commitments, and delivery schedules
- Maintain discipline and smooth operational workflow
- Travel as required for vendor meetings, inspections, and procurement activities
Requirements
- Ex-Army preferred
- Experience in purchase/procurement preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent MS Excel and computer knowledge is mandatory
- Basic ERP and email handling knowledge required
- Ability to manage vendors and production teams efficiently
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible personality
- Willingness to travel for official work and inspections
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
