Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will manage costs, ensure financial efficiency, and provide valuable insights throughout the project lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project budgets, estimates, and cost plans.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses.
- Monitor and report on project financial performance.
- Evaluate tenders and prepare contract documents.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Perform regular site visits and audits to assess progress and compliance.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
- Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal requirements.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., RICS, CIQS) are a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
