We are looking for a Motion Graphics Team Lead who can lead and manage the Motion Graphics team while ensuring high-quality, creative, and timely delivery of video and motion content. The role requires strong hands-on motion design skills along with team management, creative direction, and project coordination abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and mentor the creative team.
- Assign tasks to team members based on workload, skills, and project requirements.
- Monitor the team's daily work and ensure projects are completed within deadlines.
- Create and supervise motion graphics, animations, reels, social media videos, and other video content.
- Review team members' work and ensure the final output meets creative and technical standards.
- Provide constructive feedback and support team members in improving their skills and performance.
- Coordinate with Creative Leads, Graphic Designers, Copywriters, and other teams for smooth project execution.
- Handle complex and high-priority projects when required.
- Ensure consistency in animation quality, visual style, typography, transitions, and storytelling.
- Identify and resolve creative or technical issues during production.
- Maintain an efficient workflow and ensure proper prioritization of tasks.
- Stay updated with the latest motion graphics trends, tools, techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure proper file management, export settings, formats, and delivery requirements.
- Take responsibility for the overall quality and timely delivery of the Motion Graphics team's output.
