Job Title: Business Analyst
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will be responsible for evaluating business needs, identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI) to gather insights and trends.
- Prepare and present reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend actionable insights.
Documentation and Training:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes, requirements, and solutions.
- Experienced in Requirement Gathering, knowledge of SDLC, Waterfall & Agile-scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of preparing Project Scope Document, Proof of Concept, Minutes of Meeting, Knowledge of GAP Analysis, Change Management Process, RACI Matrix.
- Excellent Technical writing skills to create Business Requirement Document (BRD), Functional Requirement Document (FRD), User Stories, User Manual, Test Case Document, Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Lucidchart, Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), FRD, BRD. Workflows).
- Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software or platforms is preferred (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
