Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in network administration and support.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
- Experience with network devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, MikroTik, or similar.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
- Knowledge of network security concepts, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and access control policies.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is an advantage.
- Understanding of Linux and Windows Server networking environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, NSE, or equivalent are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Troubleshoot network outages and connectivity issues.
- Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Implement network security policies and best practices.
- Perform network upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery planning.
- Document network configurations, procedures, and changes.
- Collaborate with IT teams to support business operations.

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
- Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
- Fortinet NSE
- Juniper JNCIA/JNCIS
- CompTIA Network+
