Job Title: Coffee Machine Technician
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Coffee Machine Technician to install, maintain, and repair commercial and domestic coffee machines. The ideal candidate will have strong technical abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude to ensure optimal machine performance and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and set up coffee machines at client locations
- Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure machines operate efficiently
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
- Clean and calibrate machines for optimal performance and coffee quality
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repair requests
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Provide basic training to customers on machine usage and care
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Manage spare parts inventory and request replacements when needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a technician, preferably with coffee or beverage equipment
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license (if field service is required)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical certification or diploma in electronics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
- Experience working with espresso machines or commercial coffee equipment
- Familiarity with plumbing connections and water filtration systems
Working Conditions:
- May require travel to client sites
- Occasional lifting of heavy equipment
- Flexible hours, including weekends or on-call shifts if needed
