Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Software Faculty to deliver high-quality technical training to students. The ideal candidate should possess strong programming knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to mentor students through classroom sessions, practical labs, projects, and placement preparation. The faculty will be responsible for ensuring students gain industry-relevant technical skills and are job-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom and practical training on software technologies as per the curriculum.
- Teach programming concepts with real-time examples and hands-on projects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, lab exercises, and study materials.
- Conduct practical sessions, coding exercises, and project guidance.
- Assess students through tests, assignments, mock interviews, and coding evaluations.
- Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.
- Provide career guidance and technical mentoring to students.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and revision classes.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and incorporate industry trends into training.
- Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for technical interviews.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, webinars, and institute events.
- Ensure proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and software tools.
- Submit weekly academic reports and course completion updates to the Academic Head.
Technologies Preferred

Educational Qualification

- Any equivalent qualification in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Experience
- 1–3 years of teaching or software industry experience.
- Freshers with excellent technical knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
