Job Opening: Sales Head – Real Estate
Company: Lockhart Estate LLP (Subsidiary of Paper Shadow)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the sales team for real estate projects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
- Handle key client relationships and close high-value deals
- Plan and execute site visits, promotions, and marketing activities
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, and project teams for smooth transactions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with RERA and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with leadership exposure
- Proven track record in property sales and team management
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of RERA regulations and real estate documentation
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Strong networking and client-handling skills
