Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in Python backend development. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building RESTful APIs using Django, FastAPI, or Flask, working with relational databases, and maintaining backend applications. You will contribute to feature development, bug fixing, API integrations, and application maintenance while collaborating with senior engineers to deliver secure, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Build CRUD functionalities and implement business logic.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL and ORM frameworks.
- Integrate third-party APIs and authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth).
- Participate in code reviews and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and follow coding best practices.
Required Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in Python backend development.
- Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL, and ORM.
- Familiarity with Git, HTTP, JSON, and authentication concepts.
- Basic understanding of secure coding and software development best practices
