Job Summary
Damson Technologies Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms, supporting branding activities, and assisting in marketing campaigns for our products and brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives, banners, posters, product brochures, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Create basic video creatives/reels and edit product-related visuals.
- Support the marketing team with creative concepts and campaign designs.
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials.
- Coordinate with internal departments for design requirements.
- Work on product listing images for e-commerce platforms.
- Make revisions based on feedback and complete tasks within timelines.
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar design software.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools is an added advantage.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / Diploma in Graphic Designing or related field.
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience can apply.
Preferred Requirements
- Basic understanding of social media content creation.
- Knowledge of printing formats and branding materials.
- Portfolio of previous design work will be preferred.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
