Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee joining formalities and induction programs.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries.
- Assist in payroll inputs and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
- Support employee engagement activities and events.
- Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS software.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
