We're Hiring: Healthcare Trainer
We are looking for an experienced Healthcare Trainer to join our team.
Experience: 5–6 years (Mandatory) in a hospital setting
Educational Qualification:
Key Requirements:
- 5–6 years of hands-on experience in hospital training and development.
- Strong knowledge of NABH Standards.
- Experience in designing and delivering hospital training programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to identify training needs and implement effective learning initiatives for hospital staff.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and conduct training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Ensure training initiatives align with NABH standards and organizational objectives.
- Develop training materials, and learning modules.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain training records.
