- Production Planning: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules for PEB components.
- Material Coordination: Track raw material availability and ensure timely requisition to avoid production delays.
- Work Order Management: Support in issuing work orders and monitoring progress against planned timelines.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain records of production status, machine utilization, and manpower allocation.
- Vendor Follow-up: Coordinate with suppliers for timely delivery of outsourced items.
- Process Monitoring: Track production flow and highlight bottlenecks to senior PPC executives.
- Documentation: Prepare MIS reports, production logs, and maintain compliance with ISO/quality standards.
