Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Figma Designer / UI/UX Designer with 0–1 year of experience to design intuitive, modern, and visually appealing interfaces for web and application projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of Figma, UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, responsive design, typography, color theory, and design systems.
The candidate will work closely with developers, project managers, and other team members to understand requirements and convert ideas into effective and user-friendly designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Create modern and user-friendly UI designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma.
- Design interfaces for web applications, mobile applications, dashboards, admin panels, and other digital products.
- Understand business and project requirements and convert them into effective UI/UX designs.
- Create user flows, screen layouts, navigation structures, and interactive prototypes.
- Develop reusable components and maintain consistent design patterns.
- Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, spacing, icons, grids, and visual hierarchy.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.
- Prepare design specifications and assets required for development.
- Review implemented designs and identify UI inconsistencies or design issues.
- Make design improvements based on feedback from clients, project managers, and development teams.
- Maintain well-organized Figma files, components, pages, and design assets.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design standards, and best practices.
Figma & UI/UX Responsibilities
- Create high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Develop interactive prototypes to demonstrate user flows and application functionality.
- Use Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Constraints, Styles, and Variables effectively.
- Create reusable UI components and basic design systems.
- Design responsive and scalable interfaces.
- Create wireframes and convert them into high-fidelity designs.
- Apply UX principles to improve usability and user experience.
- Maintain consistent visual hierarchy, spacing, typography, and color systems.
- Prepare developer-friendly design handoffs.
- Collaborate with developers during the implementation phase.
- Analyze existing interfaces and suggest UI/UX improvements.
- Create dashboards, forms, navigation menus, tables, cards, modals, and other UI elements.
- Ensure designs follow usability and accessibility best practices.
Requirements (Must Have)
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent skills/experience).
- 0–1 years of experience in UI/UX Design, Figma Design, Web Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong UI/UX projects and a good portfolio may apply.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Figma.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and user flows.
- Understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, grids, alignment, and visual hierarchy.
- Knowledge of responsive web and mobile design principles.
- Ability to create clean, modern, and user-friendly interfaces.
- Understanding of reusable components and design systems.
- Basic knowledge of developer handoff and design specifications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.
- Familiarity with web and mobile application development.
- Knowledge of Material Design or other modern design systems.
- Experience creating dashboards and enterprise applications.
- Understanding of UX research and usability testing.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design.
- Experience with design collaboration and developer handoff workflows.
- Basic knowledge of creating icons, illustrations, and other UI assets.
