Hiring for Power BI Developer
Responsibilities
As part of the consulting team, your primary role would be to actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation and design and deployment
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, value-driven BI solutions using Power BI dashboards.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to generate insights and meaningful questions.
- Design effective KPI visualizations and apply optimized data modeling for performance.
- Gather requirements, simplify technical concepts, and support BI framework setup.
- Coordinate project start-up activities, documentation, and collaboration with reporting teams.
Technical Skills
- 2-3 years of experience with SQL/SAS, Power BI, and Excel dashboard creation; pharma knowledge preferred.
- Strong data handling skills: extraction, validation, analysis, and working with databases.
- Ability to compare, merge datasets, identify trends/anomalies, and generate actionable insights.
- Create templates, SOPs, and documentation while managing deadlines with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and clients for transitions, queries, and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Power BI: 2 years (Preferred)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Rajkot, Gujarat (Rajkot)
