About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Executive with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess a sound understanding of core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Handle employee induction and documentation for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs with the accounts/payroll team.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives.
- Support performance management and appraisal processes.
- Address employee queries and help resolve workplace concerns.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other HR-related documentation as required.
- Manage exit formalities, full-and-final settlements, and offboarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, attendance management, and statutory compliance.
- Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Knowledge of employee engagement and performance management practices.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
