About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Videographer & Cinematographer who can independently handle different types of shoots, including UGC, product, cinematic, commercial, podcast and studio content.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle professional camera operations and complete shoot execution.
- Shoot UGC content, reels, product videos, commercials and brand content.
- Create cinematic shots with strong framing, composition, camera movement and visual storytelling.
- Plan and execute multiple camera angles — wide, medium, close-up, POV, top-angle, etc.
- Set up and manage lighting, camera, tripod, gimbal and other shooting equipment.
- Understand lenses, exposure, focus, white balance and basic camera settings.
- Conduct professional podcast, interview and talking-head shoots.
- Create premium product shots with attention to details, textures and presentation.
- Suggest creative shots and angles to improve the final output.
- Maintain and handle all studio and camera equipment responsibly.
- Work closely with the creative and editing team to ensure the required shots are captured.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of cameras, lenses and lighting.
- Good understanding of cinematography and visual composition.
- Experience in UGC, product and commercial shoots.
- Ability to independently manage a shoot from setup to execution.
- Creative eye for finding unique angles and shots.
- Portfolio/showreel is mandatory.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Important
This is a full-time, in-house role. Freelance/part-time candidates are not eligible.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
