Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead business development initiatives for our CA Firm and NBFC services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and leading the sales team. The candidate should have strong knowledge of financial products, accounting, taxation, compliance, and business financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through corporate clients, SMEs, startups, and individual customers.
- Promote CA Firm services including:
- Accounting & Bookkeeping
- GST Compliance
- Income Tax Return Filing
- ROC Compliance
- Payroll Management
- Virtual CFO Services
- Audit & Assurance
- Promote NBFC products including:
- Business Loans
- Working Capital Finance
- Loan Against Property (LAP)
- Machinery & Equipment Finance
- MSME Loans
- Personal Loans
- Supply Chain Finance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Identify new markets, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Coordinate with operations, compliance, credit, and finance teams for smooth onboarding and loan processing.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure adherence to RBI, KYC, AML, and regulatory compliance guidelines applicable to NBFC operations.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, seminars, and business meetings.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
