About the Role
CAMFiN Global Academy is seeking a proactive and highly organized Skill Development & Program Coordinator to oversee training programs, coordinate branch-level activities, ensure quality delivery of skill development initiatives, and support the overall growth of academic and placement-oriented programs across all branches.
The ideal candidate should possess strong coordination, communication, training, and operational management skills, with the ability to travel frequently between branches to ensure smooth execution of programs and maintain consistent standards.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Management
- Plan, organize, and coordinate skill development programs across all CAMFiN branches.
- Monitor program implementation and ensure adherence to organizational standards.
- Coordinate with branch teams, faculty members, and management for smooth program execution.
- Ensure timely commencement, scheduling, and completion of training programs.
- Conduct regular branch visits to evaluate program effectiveness and operational efficiency.
Training & Skill Development
- Identify skill gaps among students and recommend appropriate development initiatives.
- Organize workshops, seminars, webinars, career guidance sessions, and industry interaction programs.
- Coordinate faculty training and development activities.
- Ensure training content and delivery methods meet industry and organizational standards.
Branch Coordination
- Act as the central point of contact between management and branch teams.
- Support branch managers in achieving academic, operational, and student engagement objectives.
- Ensure uniform implementation of policies, procedures, and quality standards across branches.
- Assist branches in resolving operational and program-related challenges.
Student Engagement & Career Development
- Monitor student participation, attendance, and learning outcomes.
- Coordinate career development activities, placement preparation sessions, and employability programs.
- Collect and analyze student feedback to improve training quality and student satisfaction.
- Work closely with placement and counseling teams to enhance student success rates.
Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly program reports to management.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, branch visits, program outcomes, and student performance.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal processes.
Quality Assurance & Monitoring
- Conduct periodic audits of training and program activities across branches.
- Monitor trainer performance and program effectiveness.
- Implement corrective actions and improvement plans wherever required.
- Ensure high-quality learning experiences for students across all locations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).
- Certification or experience in Training, Education, Skill Development, Program Management, or related fields will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 1–4 years of experience in training coordination, education management, program management, academic operations, or skill development.
- Experience in handling multiple locations or branches is preferred.
Required Skills

Key Requirements
- Must be willing to travel regularly to Kondotty, Calicut, Kochi, and Manjeri branches.
- Must possess strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
- Possession of a valid driving license will be an added advantage.
