Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient registrations.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly.
- Maintain patient records and update information accurately.
- Coordinate with doctors and other departments regarding patient appointments.
- Handle billing enquiries and collect necessary documents.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and patient-friendly.
- Address patient queries and provide basic information about hospital services.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.
- Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-service attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
