Shardes Interiors is a leading interior design and execution company specializing in premium residential and commercial interior projects. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee interior fit-out projects and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day interior project execution at site.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Monitor labor productivity and ensure work is completed as per drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and project timelines are maintained.
- Conduct site measurements and verify work progress.
- Coordinate material deliveries and site requirements.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site discipline.
- Resolve site-level issues and support smooth project completion.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out/site supervision.
- Knowledge of residential and commercial interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand interior drawings.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Experience in managing carpentry, painting, electrical, gypsum, and finishing works.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
