Job Purpose:
To provide efficient administrative, secretarial, and coordination support to the Managing Director, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, effective communication, and timely execution of tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the MD's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Screen and handle telephone calls, emails, and visitor interactions professionally.
- Coordinate communication between the MD and various departments
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and files accurately.
- Monitor and follow up on action items assigned by the MD to ensure timely completion.
- Organize meetings, events, and management reviews, including logistics and documentation.
- Assist in preparing management reports related to sales, operations, and business performance.
- Handle routine administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office coordination.
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding business information and executive matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Certification in office administration or secretarial practice is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Personal Assistant, or Office Secretary, preferably in the automobile industry or a fast-paced business environment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Working Conditions:
- Full-time position based at the dealership's corporate office.
- May occasionally require extended working hours to support business meetings and events.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
