Role Summary
As the Performance Marketing Manager, your primary mission will be to design, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns that maximize ROI. Working closely with our newly appointed Digital Marketing Head, you will own the paid acquisition strategy across search, social, and marketplaces. The ideal candidate is a data wizard who knows how to turn ad spend into profitable sales and high-quality export leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Strategy, setup, and day-to-day optimization of paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and relevant B2B/B2C marketplaces.
- Budget Allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets across different channels to ensure the lowest possible Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and highest Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Targeting & Audience Expansion: Utilize advanced demographic, geographic, and lookalike audience targeting to expand reach in both domestic Indian markets and key international export destinations.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) and provide detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to senior leadership.
- A/B Testing: Design and execute rigorous A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, audience segments, and landing pages to constantly improve conversion rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with the internal creative team and the Digital Marketing Head to brief them on high-performing visual assets (images, reels, video ads) needed for campaigns.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist/Manager, preferably in the Fashion, Apparel, or E-commerce industry.
- Technical Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics (GA4), and pixel tracking setup.
- Market Knowledge: Familiarity with both domestic retail digital marketing and international B2B lead generation (for the export sector) is a massive plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong mathematical and analytical skills; ability to analyze large datasets and translate them into growth strategies.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field (relevant certifications in Google/Meta ads are highly preferred).
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
