The Atlys Launchpad Fellowship is a full-time, in-office fellowship for second/final-year students and fresh graduates who want to start working and learning before their first full-time role.
As a fellow, you’ll be aligned to a home function — Guest Delight, Fulfilment, or Sales — based on your strengths and business needs. At the same time, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, giving you a holistic understanding of how different parts of the business come together to deliver a seamless travel experience.
The Job

Work within your assigned function (Guest Delight, Fulfilment, or Sales) to deliver high-quality outcomes and user experiences

Collaborate across teams to solve problems, unblock users, and improve operational efficiency

Manage workflows, track progress, and ensure accuracy in execution and documentation

Identify gaps in user experience or operations and contribute ideas to improve them
-
Take ownership of a capstone project — solve a real business problem and present your solution to the leadership team
The Ideal Candidate

Second or final-year student or recent graduate, available for a 3–6 month, in-office role in Delhi (6 days a week)

Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus

Quick learner who can understand processes and explain them simply

Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented

Detail-oriented and organized, especially with documentation and tracking

Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and taking initiative

Open to all academic backgrounds
