Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery efficiently and safely. The candidate should ensure smooth production operations while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery and equipment as per production requirements
- Monitor machine performance and ensure proper functioning
- Perform basic machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify and report machine faults or production issues
- Maintain production quality and minimize material wastage
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Coordinate with supervisors and production staff for smooth workflow
Requirements:
- SSLC / Plus Two / ITI preferred
- Experience in machine operation is an advantage
- Basic technical and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to work in shifts if required
- Physically fit and hardworking
