Production Planning & shop floor controlling (especially experience to handle Stainless Steel Fabrication & Heavy metal fabrication) .
Manpower planning with cost effective production cost.
Process knowledge of Metal Cutting, Bending, Welding, Surface finishing, Painting and polishing etc.
Clients interactions regarding schedules, dispatches, quality issues.
Overall coordination with inter departments related to production & sales targets.
Coordination with Quality, Store, Purchase, Logistic, HR Admin for timely execution.
Forecasting, advance planning for sales wrt to required resources planning etc.
Closely working with top management for timely execution.
DPR and MIS.
