About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing construction firm. This role is ideal for a candidate who wants hands-on experience in residential and commercial projects while working remotely with regular project site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare architectural drawings and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist in planning, design development, and documentation.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and coordination.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Prepare BOQs and construction-related documentation.
- Assist in municipal approval drawings and project execution.
- Ensure drawings are updated according to site requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- 0–2 years of experience
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- SketchUp (Preferred)
- Lumion/Enscape (Preferred)
- Revit (Optional)
- MS Office proficiency
Mandatory Requirements
- Own laptop
- Own two-wheeler
- Valid driving licence
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Work Schedule
- Monday to Saturday (two saturday off as per convenience)
- Work From Home
- Site visits as required (maximum 2,3 visits per week)
