We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day human resource operations. The HR Executive will be responsible for recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance management, employee engagement, HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare offer letters and assist in onboarding new employees.
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Ensure completion of joining formalities and documentation.
- Manage employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Prepare HR-related letters, certificates, and other documentation.
- Assist in payroll inputs and employee benefits administration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Address employee queries and provide HR support.
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in audits and statutory compliance activities.
Performance Management Support
- Coordinate performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain performance review records and documentation.
- Assist managers in tracking employee development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or generalist HR roles.
- Freshers with relevant internships may also be considered.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and recruitment practices.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with HRMS software is an advantage.
