Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Generate leads through various channels (cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, etc.).
- Pitch company services/products to potential clients and negotiate contracts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and market competition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a relevant role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
