To support the development of high-quality corporate learning content, instructional design frameworks, learning journeys, and research-based learning interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research on business, leadership, sales, behavioral, and functional capability topics.
- Support creation of learning objectives, content outlines, storyboards, ppt, facilitator guides, participant handbooks, and assessments.
- Assist in instructional design and content structuring activities.
- Benchmark industry best practices and learning trends.
- Support content reviews and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Create research summaries and knowledge repositories.
Desired Skills
- Strong writing and English language proficiency.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to synthesize information into structured content.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint and content authoring tools is desirable.
- Interest in learning design, organizational development, and capability building.
Qualification
Final-year undergraduate students, postgraduate students, or recent graduates in Education, Psychology, English, Business, Communications, or related disciplines.
Pay: ₹7,000.00 per month
