The Housekeeping Executive will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and a safe working environment across the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, common areas, washrooms, and pantry areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain office premises, including cabins, workstations, conference rooms, reception areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure all washrooms and toilets are cleaned, sanitized, and stocked with necessary supplies at regular intervals.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in pantry and dining areas.
- Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, furniture, and office equipment as required.
- Collect and dispose of waste from designated areas and ensure proper segregation of waste.
- Refill consumables such as soap dispensers, tissue papers, hand sanitizers, and air fresheners.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies and inform the administration team about replenishment requirements.
- Assist in setting up meeting rooms and maintaining cleanliness before and after meetings.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the concerned department.
- Ensure compliance with company hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards.
- Support office events and functions by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with venue preparation when required.
- Perform any other housekeeping-related duties assigned by the Administration team.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
