Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Franchise Sales Executive to connect with leads generated through social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for calling interested prospects, understanding their business requirements, and presenting the most suitable franchise model to convert them into successful franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with potential franchise leads generated from social media platforms.
- Understand the prospect’s investment capacity, location preference, business experience, and expectations.
- Explain the franchise concept, business model, investment details, ROI, and support system.
- Recommend the best franchise model based on the customer’s profile and requirement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective franchise partners.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM or internal systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and franchise onboarding process.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi & English preferred).
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Basic knowledge of franchise business models.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and social media leads.
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
Preferred Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in franchise sales, telecalling, or business development.
- Experience handling leads from platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
