About the Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing real estate team. If you enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right property, we'd love to hear from you.
In this role, you'll connect with potential buyers and investors, understand their requirements, arrange property visits, and guide them throughout the buying process. Your ability to communicate confidently and build trust will play a key role in your success.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to potential customers through calls, referrals, social media, and other lead generation activities.
- Understand clients' needs and recommend properties that match their budget and preferences.
- Schedule and conduct property site visits.
- Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through regular follow-ups.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities in a clear and professional manner.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market, new projects, and competitor offerings.
- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We're Looking For

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and CRM experience is a plus).

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in real estate or sales will be given preference.
