We are looking for a Plant Supervisor to oversee daily plant operations and ensure smooth production activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising manpower, monitoring production targets, maintaining safety and quality standards, and coordinating with different departments to ensure efficient plant performance. Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day plant operations. Monitor production activities and achieve targets. Manage workforce, equipment, and material utilization. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Maintain production and shift reports. Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate corrective actions. Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline within the plant. Requirements: Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related discipline. Relevant experience in plant/manufacturing operations. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in shifts and handle operational challenges.
