Notes : Responsibilities: · Developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare clients, including hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers, to understand their hiring needs and preferences. · Sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various healthcare roles, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and administrative staff. · Developing and maintaining a strong network of healthcare professionals and industry contacts to stay up-to-date with industry trends and hiring needs. · To handle timesheet processing and manage the payroll on time · Requirements: · Experience in healthcare recruitment, with a deep understanding of the UK healthcare industry, including NHS and private healthcare providers. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. · Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
