Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Assistant Chemist to support our Research & Development team. The candidate will assist in formulation development, product testing, and documentation, especially in herbal and cosmetic product lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in formulation and development of herbal / cosmetic / personal care products
- Support R&D team in conducting experiments, trials, and stability studies
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, trials, and results
- Handle raw material testing and ensure quality standards
- Coordinate with production team for batch trials and scale-up processes
- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, and AYUSH guidelines
- Maintain lab equipment and ensure cleanliness and safety
- Assist in improving existing formulations and product performance
- Prepare reports, SOPs, and technical documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Science or related field
- Basic knowledge of herbal ingredients and formulations (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹8,525.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
