Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technician to manage the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of ammonia refrigeration systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Kirloskar and Sabroe compressors, ammonia pipeline maintenance, utility equipment, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, inspect, maintain, and troubleshoot ammonia refrigeration compressors and associated utility equipment.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of Kirloskar and Sabroe compressors, including compressor servicing and spare replacement.
- Maintain vacuum pumps (Busch/Osaka), water pumps (Kirloskar/Suguna), condensers, evaporators, cooling towers, chillers, and other utility systems.
- Diagnose and resolve faults in ammonia refrigeration plants and HVAC systems.
- Carry out ammonia pipeline fabrication, structural work, valve maintenance, and piping modifications.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, manuals, and technical documents for maintenance activities.
- Ensure safe operation of ammonia refrigeration systems and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure maximum equipment uptime.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Kirloskar & Sabroe ammonia compressors.
- Expertise in compressor overhauling, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Good knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems, HVAC, evaporative condensers, chillers, cooling towers, valves, and pipelines.
- Experience in ammonia piping fabrication and structural maintenance.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and identify mechanical faults.
- Good problem-solving skills with a strong focus on safety and reliability.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
