Mohit Beverages & Distributor is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Full-Time Sales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market reach, managing retailer relationships, and driving volume growth across our beverage portfolio. This role offers a balance of field-based market development and hybrid administrative flexibility. Key Details Position: Field Sales Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Working Model: Hybrid (Field visits combined with remote/office reporting) Compensation: ₹22,000 – ₹26,000 per month (commensurate with experience) Working Schedule: Monday to Saturday; Sunday fixed leave Responsibilities Market Coverage: Execute daily field visits to assigned territories to build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new retail partners. Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets through effective persuasion and territory management. Order Management: Utilize digital tools to record orders, track inventory levels at retail points, and ensure timely product availability. Reporting & Strategy: Conduct analysis of market trends and competitor activity; attend weekly hybrid check-ins to discuss sales performance and strategy. Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for retailers, resolving concerns regarding product supply, quality, or promotional schemes.
