Hiring Manager – Order FulfilmentQualification:MBA/PGDBM preferably in International business
JD:
- Ensure customer orders are fulfilled in a timely, precise manner and properly recorded
- Plan the fulfilment from order receipt to delivery
- Overseas the order entry, administration and shipping process
- Implement scalable business process and customer service standards and delivery efficient order processing.
- Developing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals
- Preventing Inventory Shrinkage, accidents, and Operational hazards
- Reporting weekly on multiple fulfillment and performance KPI
Experience:
Min 4 years experience in similar role in e-commerce or B2C industry
Skills required
- A Strong Intrapreneur with proven track record of analytical, interpersonal, leadership, and project management skills
- Multitasking capabilities
- Business-level communication skills (oral and written)
- A strong customer-oriented focus
Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
