About the Role
As a Senior Program Associate, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of GrowthSchool's learning programs across domestic and international markets. You will own critical operational workflows, learner experience, and key business metrics while working closely with multiple cross-functional teams to ensure program success.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Learner Success

Own the end-to-end execution of assigned programs, ensuring a seamless learner experience from onboarding through completion.

Drive engagement and participation across workshops and learning programs, maintaining high standards of learner satisfaction.

Act as the primary point of coordination to ensure smooth program delivery and timely issue resolution.

Continuously gather learner insights and feedback to improve program effectiveness and experience.
2. Operational Excellence

Manage program operations with a focus on scalability, efficiency, and execution quality.

Identify operational bottlenecks and proactively implement process improvements.

Build and maintain robust systems and workflows to support program growth and consistency.

Ensure programs are executed with minimal operational friction and maximum impact.
3. Business Metrics & Revenue Impact

Own and optimize key performance indicators such as show-up rates, learner engagement, completion rates, conversion rates, and revenue contribution.

Monitor program health through data and take proactive actions to improve performance.

Work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities for improving business outcomes across the learner journey.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze learner behavior, funnel performance, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights.

Create structured reports and dashboards to support decision-making and stakeholder visibility.

Leverage data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across programs.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Community, Content, and Product teams to ensure program success.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align priorities, resolve challenges, and drive execution excellence.

Support program launches and strategic initiatives by ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.
6. Program Growth & Continuous Improvement

Develop a strong understanding of the complete learner lifecycle - from acquisition and conversion to engagement and revenue realization.

Contribute to initiatives that improve program performance, learner outcomes, and operational efficiency.

Stay informed about industry trends, emerging practices, and learner expectations to continuously enhance program quality.
What We're Looking For

4+ years of experience in Program Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, Customer Success, or a related role.
