Job Summary
Kuragayala Abbai is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, reconcile transactions, and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Record daily sales, purchase, payment, and receipt entries.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP/Tally Prime or ERP software.
- Prepare and verify invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Perform bank reconciliation and cash reconciliation.
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory records.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
- Verify purchase bills and supplier invoices.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense vouchers.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting (FMCG experience preferred)
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
