Description: We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Telecaller to handle incoming and outgoing calls, convert leads into site visits, and support sales coordination. The role requires excellent communication, customer handling, and follow-up skills specific to real estate sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Make cold calls and outreach to prospective customers
- Engage with incoming leads from phone, WhatsApp, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate site visits for interested customers
- Explain project details clearly and address customer queries
- Maintain daily follow-ups and update lead status to the reporting manager
- Support the sales team by transferring warm leads and arranging site meetings
- Communicate professionally with customers through calls and WhatsApp
- Maintain basic lead records and update information in Excel
Key Requirements:
- 2–3 years of real estate telecalling or inside sales experience
- Prior exposure to real estate site visits is an advantage
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Strong convincing and customer handling ability
- Comfortable handling cold calls and inbound enquiries
- Basic MS Excel and lead tracking skills
- Positive attitude, good telephone etiquette, and result-oriented
