Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams in delivering excellent healthcare services. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills, professionalism, and a patient-centered approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs, condition, and progress.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
- Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards are followed.
- Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and healthcare needs.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing supervisors, and other departments for effective patient care.
- Handle emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing stations, equipment, and patient care areas.
Eligibility Criteria
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing qualification from a recognized institution.
- Valid Nursing Registration Certificate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- ICU, OT, Emergency, HDU, or Ward experience will be preferred.
