SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Madariz Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities and contribute to the growth of Filumart.com, our B2B e-commerce platform.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute overall sales and marketing strategies.
- Drive B2B customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, suppliers, buyers, and business partners.
- Plan and execute digital, offline, exhibition, and promotional marketing activities.
- Manage and monitor sales teams, agents, and business development activities.
- Set sales targets, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports.
- Develop strategic partnerships and corporate business relationships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Coordinate with management, marketing, and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, business meetings, and industry events when required.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Sales & Marketing.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and B2B Marketing.
- Proven experience in business development and customer acquisition.
- Experience managing sales/marketing teams.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and modern marketing channels.
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies independently.
- Strong target-oriented and leadership skills.
- Experience in exhibitions, corporate networking, and business partnerships is an advantage.
- Experience in the e-commerce, technology, trading, or B2B industry will be an added advantage.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of sales and marketing performance, build effective teams, generate new business opportunities, and contribute directly to the company's growth.
JOB DETAILS
Location: Kuzhivelippadi, Ernakulam
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
Experience: Minimum 8 Years
