Core Accountabilities
As an HR Systems engineer in our Enterprise Technology team,you will:

Manage and maintain HR systems ensuring they are optimized for performance & reliability

Work with HR & IT teams to ensure identify systems requirements for HR systems
-
Develop & maintain systems interfaces as required between HR systems and the other components of the Enterprise IT landscape
-
Troubleshoot HR systems technical issues
-
Advise on data structure and integrity
-
Provide technical support to colleagues in the HR team
Key Skills & Capabilities
Must-Have Experience:
-
5+ years working with HR systems such as Dayforce,ATS,workforce management systems etc
-
Clear understanding of HR best practices and sound experience in translating those to HR systems requirements
-
Proven experience delivering global applicant tracking (ATS) systems
-
In depth experience configuring HR systems
-
Experience in roll out of HR systems in multiple countries
Technical Skills:
-
5+ years' experience of Ceridian/Dayforce
-
Experience of Workforce Management systems such as StoreForce
-
HR Systems Integration
-
Experience of API integrations
-
Strong background in data security principles with relation to HRIS systems
Soft Skills:
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g.,Computer Science,Data Science,Business Analytics) or equivalent experience.
